Strings of my incoherence

I'm Tal Atlas. I'm currently finishing up my masters in microelectronic materials after getting a Physics BS at Colorado School of Mines. I'm a hobbyist photographer and Rails programmer. This is a collection of random things I find intresting from across the web.

The agony. John Terry slipped with his plant foot and shanked the potential game winning penalty kick off the post. Opening the door for the eventual Man U victory. I am a fan of this great player and captain. I also feel for him, as there is no lower feeling than the one in his stomach right now…

The Russians really need to feel ashamed for this, they were chosen to host and the field had one of the worst surfaces I’ve ever seen. At least if you have a beat up field you know where the rough spots are, with this field, since the grass hadnt rooted yet, any area could be unstable and no matter how big your cleat spikes are you cant get any traction.
